Returns/Refunds

  • Should there be any discrepancy of product(s) delivered, customers can contact us via >WhatsApp (012-280 3282) OR E-mail (info@aromababy.com.my) within 3 days of receiving the goods. Our customer service will advise on the solution(s) accordingly.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your inquiry to be processed.
  • Customers will be required to present all possible proofs for claiming a return/refund.
  • Any refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the agreed/confirmation date.
  • Customers are required to bear the freight charges for returns/refunds due to change of mind.
